LTE 5380 Cannot Stretch 640x480 Or 800x600 Resolution To Fill 1024x768 Screen

Symptom(s):

When Using the Internal 1024x768 Native Resolution Panel at 640x480 or 800x600 Resolution, You can stretch from 640x480 to 800x600, but you cannot stretch out to the edge of the screen, Nor will 800x600 stretch to the edge using the FN+T keys. If the display is set to 1024x768 you will fill the screen to the edge.

Suggestion(s):

To correct the problem, perform the following:

1. There is currently no 'FIX' for this as the LTE 5380 is the only LTE Family Computer with the Native 1024x768 panel and is intended to be used at that resolution.
