1. These are great tablets, but common
sense will dictate, a $100 tablet will not perform like a $500 tablet. A $100 tablet is an entry level
tablet. While they are great, not
every single app will work and the tablet may not be extremely fast.
A $200 tablet will most likely perform much better, but again, probably
not like a $500 tablet. A defect
is not an app not working or the tablet is not speedy.
Be reasonable with your purchases and understand what you are
buying.
2. We will allow a 7 day return policy for
NEW items. That means brand new,
you have not been playing on the tablet.
I understand you want to turn it on, etc, but the tablet must be returned
new!! New returns are subject to a
restocking fee simply of our original shipping cost which averages around $10
roughly.
3. If you have your tablet longer then 7
days and issues arrive, I will fix your tablet. I will not swap out your tablet, but
will help you restore your software to original condition.
Buyer pays both shipping cost, to me and return
shipping.
4. If you send back a scratched tablet,
which will most likely be on the back of the tablet.
That will result in a $20 charge and our original shipping cost to you,
which again averages $10. We will
check the back, so even small scratches result in the tablet not being
NEW!
5. We are reasonable and will treat you
with respect. In return, we expect
the same respect. Every return
will be subject to inspection upon receipt. All returns must contain every original
equipment; charger, manual and cables.
A fee for each left out item will be assessed.

AGREE TO THESE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS.
